NCS Preorder Synopsis
An esper named Misaka Imouto from the 'To Aru Kagaku no Railgun' manga and animated series takes a break from her studies at the Tokiwadai school to hit the sand and the surf in toy manufacturer Wave's Beach Queens series of figures sculpted by Toona Kanshi. The figure measures 16cm (6.24") tall at 1/10 scale and is built from PVC. Preorders are welcome to ship in April 2013 at JPY3800 or US$55.90 from NCS.
