Product Synopsis
Wake up with Mario or Luigi in the bedroom by way of Taito's new Super Mario Bros Alarm Clock which features a pixel-perfect rendition of either plumber in a leaping pose above a replica brick platform.
The function buttons on the front of the clock are question blocks which allow the user to stop the jingle of the alarm clock which sounds off with Super Mario Bros background music. When the alarm sounds off, only one of the four buttons on the face of the clock will stop the music which could potentially lead to a frustrating morning. Two buttons on the bottom of the clock are used to adjust the time and set the alarm.
The clock runs on two AA batteries (not included). Note: After much testing and corroboration with Japanese vendors who supplied this item in Japan and Asia, the Mario Alarm Clock is a confirmed battery hog that can potentially drain a pair of fresh AA batteries in 3 days. We recommend using rechargeables with the Mario Clock.
