«©NCSX» The fiery Asuka Langley of Evangelion fame is a hot-tempered whippersnapper of a girl who has captured the hearts of EVA fans the world over. She's spunky, sharp, and is seemingly immortal because in the Evangelion 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance film from 2009, Asuka and her Evangelion Asuka and her Evangelion are busted up by an EVA-01. However, in the preview for the next Evangelion 2.0 film subtitled "Quickening," Asuka may be seen wearing an eyepatch and is very much alive. Maybe she's a phoenix who'll always rise from the ashes.
Kotobukiya has created a number of Asuka Langley figures in their time and they're releasing another one later this year which measures 24cm or 9.45" tall. Asuka's garbed in her skin-tight Test Type Plug-Suit which is painted red along with a shade of orange. Asuka appears to be happy since her facial expression is accompanied by a half-smile and her eyes are kind. Her backdrop is a piece of wreckage which is twisted just right to make an temprary perch.
